Privacy Policy
Effective October 20, 2026 · Applies to the UT Range Calc web app and its Android app.
The short version
Range Calc does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.
What the app stores
Everything you enter (chrono strings, DOPE inputs and rifle profiles, round counts, cost figures and settings) is saved only on your own device, in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device unless you choose to export a backup file yourself.
- Underground Tactical cannot see or recover this data.
- You can delete all of it at any time under More → Settings & Data → Clear all data, or by uninstalling the app.
Network use
The app is downloaded from our web server the first time you open it, and checks for updates when you have signal. Like any website, the hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and reliability. The app sends none of your entries with these requests.
Links to other sites
Links to books or other websites open those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
Children
Range Calc is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
